01Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the VOXTEN website.
VOXTEN is a product of Cloud Bound LLC, which is the controller of the personal information described here.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the VOXTEN platform as deployed in a customer environment. Where the platform runs inside a customer's own environment, that customer is the controller of the data it processes, and our role is set out in the agreement with them.
02What we collect
Information you give us. If you submit a demo request, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email address, company, and, where you choose to provide them, your role, company size, area of interest, and anything you write in the message field. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs when you visit, which typically include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. This is used to serve the site and to keep it secure and available.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information through this site.
03Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising technology, no session or local storage, and no third-party tracking or profiling. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
One third party is involved in delivering this site: the Geist typeface is served from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the font files, your IP address is transmitted to Google, which is necessary for that request to be served. If we change this, we will update this policy.
04How we use it
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your demo request or enquiry and arrange a walkthrough
- Send you the overview material we have said we will send in connection with your request
- Understand which capabilities are relevant to you, so the conversation is useful
- Operate, secure, and maintain this website
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
05Our legal bases
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on:
- Legitimate interests, to respond to an enquiry you have initiated, to correspond with a prospective business customer, and to keep our site secure. We have considered your interests and rights, and we use the minimum information needed for these purposes.
- Steps prior to entering a contract, where your request relates to a possible evaluation or purchase.
- Legal obligation, where we are required to retain or disclose information.
06Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the site and our business communications, acting on our instructions and under contract
- Professional advisors, where necessary
- Authorities or others, where we are required by law or need to establish or defend legal claims
- An acquirer, if our business or assets are transferred, subject to this policy
07International transfers
We are established in the United States, and our service providers may process information there or elsewhere. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your information will be transferred outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, together with any additional measures needed. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.
08How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and demo-request information for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage the resulting business relationship or opportunity, and then for as long as we have a legitimate or legal reason to retain it. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and operational purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it non-identifying.
09Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.
If the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any right, contact us using section 12. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires.
10Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. This site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11Children
This site is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12Contact
For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@voxten.io, or write to Cloud Bound LLC at the address in section 01.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Where a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
