01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the VOXTEN website. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover this website only. They do not govern the VOXTEN platform itself. Access to the platform, any pilot, and any evaluation is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us.

This site describes our platform, our architecture, and our point of view. It is provided for general information.

Descriptions of features, architecture, roadmap, and availability may change. Statements about future capability are not commitments. Nothing on this site is an offer, a warranty, or a binding representation, and nothing here forms part of any contract unless it is set out in a signed agreement.

04Use of this site

You may view, browse, and print pages from this site for your own internal evaluation and reference. You may not:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system
• Introduce malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of the site
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content, or use automated means to access the site at a rate that could impair it

We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice.

05Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, page structure, layout, diagrams, models, and the underlying design system, is owned by or licensed to Cloud Bound LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

This includes our conceptual models and their visual expression, such as The Enforcement Layer Model, the VOXTEN platform architecture, and our other diagrams. These are our proprietary work product.

VOXTEN, VOXTEN Veritas, VOXTEN Tribunal, VOXTEN Clean Room, Lyra, the VOXTEN cube mark, and the VOXTEN wordmark are marks of Cloud Bound LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except for fair, factual reference to us or our platform.

You may quote short extracts and reference our models with clear attribution to VOXTEN. You may not present them as your own, or alter them in a way that misrepresents their meaning.

06What you send us

If you submit a demo request or otherwise contact us, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send us confidential, regulated, or sensitive information through this site. The forms and contact routes on this site are not a governed channel and are not intended for that purpose. If you need to share sensitive material with us, ask us and we will agree an appropriate route and the terms that go with it.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our platform, you agree we may use them without restriction and without obligation to you.

This site may link to third-party sites and resources. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your information.

08Disclaimers

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability, or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this site.

11Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Colorado will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing above deprives you of the right to bring proceedings where that law permits.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
